產品資訊

  • #實際年利率低至 1.00% （「優惠利率」）只供參考（以貸款額 HK$4,000,000 、每月平息 0.0450% 及還款期 12 個月計算）。優惠利率只適用於符合東亞銀行有限公司（「東亞」）信貸要求，以及 2025/2026 課稅年度薪俸稅或個人入息課稅稅額達 HK$1,000,000 或以上之客戶。成功獲批優惠利率的客戶不得同時享有現金回贈或其他優惠。貸款申請須經東亞審批；如未能符合相關信貸評分及要求，東亞可按個別情況批核並調整適用息率。優惠名額有限，按東亞絕對酌情權以先到先得方式提供，東亞不會另行通知名額使用情況。

  • 貸款額高達申請人每月底薪 18 倍 ( 最高 HK$4,000,000) 。最終獲批核之貸款額可達之每 月底薪倍數按個別客戶情況而有所調整。
  • 如客戶申請之貸款額獲得全數批核，本行將不會通知客戶批核結果，而貸款額將直接存入 其指定的銀行賬戶內。
  • 任何爭議，MoneyHero與東亞銀行保留最終決定權
